Use a facemask to protect yourself and others at the same time.

Clean your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer before touching the mask.

How to put on a face mask

Insert Hepa or paper filter into the inside pocket of the mask. Research has shown that even coffee filters or multiple layers of kitchen roll have made a positive impact on viral spread. 

Put the loop over your head and bring the mask to your nose level and place the ties over the crown of your head and secure with a bow.

How to remove a face mask

Avoid touching the front of the mask. The front of the mask might be contaminated. Only touch the ear loops/ties/band side ends.

Untie the bow first then pull the mask away from you as the ties are loosened. 

Put the mask aside for washing either by hand or washing machine. 

Clean your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer.

Note: Wash mask separately by hand in a hot wash for the first time to avoid colours staining other clothes.
